Guest Appearance on the New Process Podcast
I had the pleasure of being on Mirko Kloppenburg’s podcast (after he had been a guest here twice, it was about time), and we spoke about successfully implementing BPM … no surprise here these days.
I shared a holistic and practical approach to making BPM initiatives work — sustainably and strategically.
In the episode, you’ll learn:
— What my book “Successful Architecture Implementation” is really about
— The four key areas that drive BPM success
— My take on the future of BPM and AI
— And: where to meet me in person later this year (spoiler alert: it will be in the Fatherland in September)
Enjoy listening to my conversation with Mirko 🙂
