“Successful Architecture Implementation” launch
I just noticed that I never posted here officially about the book that I wrote — “Successful Architecture Implementation.” It was published on Monday last week, and I like to thank the first people who have already received their copy! I am looking forward to seeing your reviews and getting your feedback. 🙂
The last six months I spent collecting all the articles that I wrote over the last couple of years (mostly in 2021 and 2022, which are still available on this page), reworked them to reflect my current thinking, and added another 30,000 words to them. The result is a 380-page book that covers all four areas of a successful implementation (strategy, process and org governance, technology, and content creation and import). I also applied this to a real-life example, BPM, to show how you can structure your architecture, import existing content in various formats, and then do different types of analysis with it.
The book is currently available on Amazon as e-book, paperback, and as part of the Kindle Unlimited subscription in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), Germany (DE), France (FR), Spain (ES), Italy (IT), Japan (JP), Canada (CA), India (IN), Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), Australia (AU), and Netherlands (NL).
In the near(er) future, there will also be an audiobook version and a German translation. Stay tuned.
